We came on a business trip to Zelenograd, decided to stay at this hotel and did not regret it, excellent interior, clean, cozy with taste. Nice reception staff. Only positive emotions remained

The hotel is cool. Fully met my expectations. The rooms are clean, there is water, coffee and tea. I attended a massage at the spa, and I was also satisfied. Excellent service and massage therapist Alexey. You can spend time in the spa area for an additional fee, go to the hammam and lie by the pool. There is also a snack bar where you can pour yourself water, tea with herbs, have a snack with nuts and dried fruits. The pool and showers are also clean. The restaurant was pleased with the cuisine and service. In general, I was satisfied. In Zelenograd, there is simply no better hotel in such a picturesque place. The prices are very reasonable. The only thing I lacked was smiles at the reception. This is a very important point. When you enter the hotel, the 1 person you see is the receptionist. He's practically the face of the hotel. When I walk around the hotel happy and contented, I want the staff to smile with me. And I didn't understand why the mini-bar was empty. I would like to have something to drink or have a snack with the same snacks, without pulling anyone from the restaurant. It would also be cool to welcome guests with a welcome drink when checking in. This is a very pleasant moment, something to drink while the administrator draws up all the documents.

We stayed for the weekend. The hotel is very nice: new, high-quality, clean. The best in his district. Everything is super. Thank you.
