- New Year's dinner at Ziamo with 9 serves of Pan-Asian cuisine, including "Norman pause" and all the hits of Asia: Vietnamese cold and crispy rolls, author's Ziamo rolls, salad with Peking duck, crispy eggplant in a spicy-sweet sauce. A bottle of wine (white, red or sparkling) is included for each guest. Dinner starts on December 31 at 22:00;
